Jefferson Rentals Event & Party Cancellations/Rescheduling/Order Changes

Customer service and satisfaction is of the highest priority here at Jefferson Rentals. When you make a reservation* with our company, those items are retained for your event and become unavailable to our other customers. Because we value and respect our customers, established policies and procedures are in place to ensure quality and fairness for all who choose Jefferson Rentals for their event needs.

*A reservation is defined as a contract with items retained for a specific time for a customer. The 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid, a credit card must be on file and all pertinent customer information is clear and accurate.

Cancellations

• The required non-refundable 50% deposit will be retained with any cancellation.
• Applicable refunds for transactions over 45 days will be applied as a store credit.
• For cancellations made within 10 (ten) days of delivery or in-person pickup, the full balance of the order will be charged to the card on file.
• Cancellations on any special order items will be charged full price regardless of when cancellation occurs.

Rescheduling Orders:

• If your event date changes, you may reschedule your reservation as long as there is availability. Availability applies to both product inventory AND delivery schedule.
• If your original product rental is not available for the new date, we will substitute the next closest product available.
• We CANNOT guarantee availability of specific items or delivery time. Please let us know as soon as possible with any changes to your event date. This allows us the best chance for availability and a smooth transition.
• We do not offer refunds if we do not have availability for an event date change. Our cancellation policy will apply in this circumstance.
• High peak tent location changes must be approved before a reschedule is allowed.
• Inflatable rentals may be rescheduled/cancelled/refunded in full in the event of INCLEMENT WEATHER. Reschedules will be subject to availability.
